Lunchbox Adventure

I semi recently got a Laptop Lunchbox (and when I say semi recently, I mean almost a year ago) and I've never really given it credence. My excuses would be that I was too busy, or I didn't have food that would fit into it.

Now I want to try to make lunch every work day and see how it goes. It seems a bit foolhardy because the kitchen I'm working with is actually not mine (it's my parents'). But for now, lets see.

Let me say this about the Laptop Lunches, it's a really cute design, the little containers are sweet and adorable. The portions kind of threw me off though, it kind of seemed like the portions are made for children (and maybe so). However, upon researching portion sizes, I realized the Laptop Lunches will actually help me keep my portion size in check.

Smashed White Bean and Avocado Club (recipe), raw broccoli and cauliflower with light ranch (in the dipper), 17 turkey pepperoni and blueberries.

Let the great lunchbox experiment begin!
